Confirmation of Working Drawings and Colour Selections
Completed. |

Council Approval Obtained and ordering
begins for all elements of the house. |

Commencement of Construction with regular
contact by David McCoy Homes throughout
the entire construction period. |
6 |
When nearing Practical Completion, intensive
Quality Control Process initiated; including
a final inspection by the General Manager
on all homes. |
7 |
Final Inspection arranged with client
and an appointment made at our office to
finalise paperwork and payment. |
